Sometimes Life gets in the Way

Hi y'all,

I am so sorry that I have not blogged in almost 3 weeks. But sometimes life gets in the way. A very dear friend's brother passed away unexpectedly and I was helping her and the family. Then I got sick. And then the doctor changed my contacts. I get headaches when I look at the computer for long periods of time, which makes going through games almost impossible! But I do have a couple of games uploaded and I promise to get caught up this week! Thanks for understanding!

Crazy little thing called life!

Sorry I am a day late! I am working as fast as my computer will let me! Another busy week! Sometimes I feel like I am meeting myself coming and going! But I love it!

Last week, was a little slower game wise! I photographed a middle school volleyball game, a little of the girls golf match before it started storming ( I will be there again tomorrow) and the Varsity football game game! This week is much busier! 4 volleyball games, golf, tennis and football!

Homecoming!

Hi y'all,

Another busy week! Last week was Homecoming at Airport! The Eagles won over the Keenan Raiders in both JV and Varsity football games last week! And congratulations to the Homecoming Queen - Breanna, First Runner Up - Taylor and Second Runner Up - Anna. The entire Homecoming Court was beautiful!

And besides all the Homecoming and Football, I was able to photograph the Lady Eagles Tennis team's match against BC and the JV and Varsity Volleyball teams' matches against Dutch Fork!

Fall is coming!

A Wedding and a Miracle

Hi y'all,
I have had a busy week of editing! I finished editing the wedding of Jessica and Tommy! What a great couple. I was able to do some really fun edits that went with their theme!

I also worked on a very special baby session! My cousin had her daughter 15 weeks early. I was blessed to able to create beautiful portraits for them just about a week after she came home. She is a little over 16 weeks old in these portraits.

What an amazing experience for me! She is a beautiful little miracle!

Now I am getting things ready for the upcoming school year! Go Eagles! Go Jackets! I am planning to offer a few new products this year! Be on the lookout for them! Also, I will be taking the Winter sports pictures off the website at the end of July and the spring sports pictures off the website at the end of August. So make sure to order what you want!

Happy Summer!

Hi y'all,

Wow! I think it has been about 7 weeks since I blogged! Sorry. I have been enjoying my summer though! I hope you are too! Before we know it school will be starting - only about 5 weeks left here! I am looking forward to work with the student atheletes and their parents at Airport and Pine Ridge again! It is going to be a great year! I am planning to offer some new speciality items and some great packages. Look for more information on that soon.

Also, I will be offering a family portrait special in October! There will be more information on it soon! I had an amazing learning opportunity this week. I attended the Lamarr Williamson School sponsored by Professional Photographers of South Carolina. I learned so much! It was a lot of fun too.

I love this time of year. But I swear that I meet myself coming and going! Only a week of school left! Where did this year go? Wow! It is such a busy time of year! There is so much going on - graduations, sports, dance recitals, and lots more! Like I said it is a busy time of year! I was able to photograph 2 of the Girls Varsity Soccer playoff games last week and the Eagle Club golf tournament. Babies, Beauties and Everything Else!

Happy Mother's Day

It is a wonderfully busy time of year for me. I am still trying to find an extra few hours a day! Ilove what I do! But I am looking forward to a weekend off! Lower State Wrestling Tournament

Congratulations to the Lady Eagles for making it to the second round of the playoffs! Way to go girls! And congratulations to the Varsity Boys for also making it to the playoffs!

Airport sent 5 wrestlers to the Lower State Wrestling Tournament! Way to go Eagles and congratulations to Antoine Kelly for placing third and qualifying for the State Tournament. I took about 4000 pictures at this tournament, so it is taking a little while to get through them all. I have gone through Friday's and am waiting on those to save and then I can create the gallery and upload them later tonight. Saturday's pictures will be uploaded by tomorrow afternoon. I will blog again with these links when I am finished getting all the pictures uploaded! There are lots of pictures of wrestlers from several of the other schools there also! Wow - a little snow and ice and South Carolina comes to a grinding halt! The kids had 10 days out of school after only being back a week from Winter Break! But thankfully things are back to normal! Lots going on !

Brrrrrr!

Hi y'all,

Brr - it is cold outside! I have enjoyed the snow, but ready for life to return to normal. I did get out in it today and take a few pictures!



Last week, was so busy!!! I was able to photograph 6 basketball games and one wrestling match! 4009 pictures later and my bad shoulder is killing me! I did get 5 of the 7 games edited and uploaded! I will do the other tomorrow! Due to the inclement weather, we are rescheduling the Basketball team pictures at Airport. I will let you know the date when I have it! But I do plan to be at the JV (girls and boys) and B Team games on Thursday!

Just a note - the software I am using to upload the photos does not keep them in order anymore. If you want to order any pictures, I need the team, game and the picture number (shown under the 9 thumbnails when the picture you like is on the right enlarged).
